Adelie Penguin Colony 'L'

Colony 'L' is one of the major Adelie Penguin study colonies. The birds in 'colony L' travel up and down the hill to the Beach over the Automated Penguin monitoring system weighbridge.

A hide near 'colony L', allows the biologists to comfortably monitor the penguins without upsetting their natural behaviour.
