| Our
Chef, Ruth, works a long week. She starts her days early at
about 4am on Tuesday through Saturday and has Monday mornings
and all of Sunday mornings off. Ruth's busiest day is a Saturday
with her preparation for the Saturday night tea which is the
busiest and biggest meal of the week. |

On
Sundays the Saturday's rostered slushy (chef's assistant)
becomes the chef and cooks the Sunday evening dinner.
Ruth
also looks after the station hydroponics facility tending
to the whims of all the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, trombones,
lettuce.
One
of Ruth's station appointments is the hairdresser, so when
our hair becomes too long and drags on the floor we make an
appointment with Ruth!
